Lindsey and Nick’s engagement sessions at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs was absolutely magical. The stunning scenery mixed with this unbelievably beautiful couple was a DREAM. Combining the elegance of the hotel and the mountains through an editorial lens is truly breathtaking.

As you all know, I’m a sucker for an outfit change. This bride to be brought three looks for this session, and I was in love with each and every one. The Broadmoor Hotel is one of the most exclusive resort hotels in the world, so shooting there was definitely a check off my bucket list! The shots inside the gorgeous hotel spaces feel taken out of an Old Hollywood film, complete with the solid wood panels and unreal chandelier.

Walking through the different rooms throughout this session was just a breath of fresh elegance each time. The stunning detail and craftsmanship is something like I’ve only seen in Italy or France. The shots of Lindsey and Nick by the fountain look plucked right from an idyllic French countryside. I could NOT get enough of these two, so in love and so happy.

Of course, we needed to take advantage of everything Colorado Springs had to offer. The hotel is located at the base of Cheyenne Mountain, so knew we had to get some imagery of the breathtaking surroundings. The final set of photos taken in the wilderness could literally a Vogue spread!
