Amber had an incredible time with Lillie and Austin for their Kansas City engagement session. Taking classic portrait scenery up to a whole new level is our specialty! With all the stunning gardens and architecture the city has to offer, Lillie and Austin’s session is equal parts timeless and modern. 

Lillie’s two bridal looks were to die for. The first dress was perfectly tailored for a more romantic feel, complete with a tulle skirt and off-shoulder bell sleeves. I mean, could it get any more perfect!? The second look, a backless satin gown, was unbelievable. Talk about glamor! She looked like she stepped right out of a silent film. Paired with Austin’s classic tux, they looked ready to walk down the aisle right there in Hotel Kansas City. 

Shooting in Hotel Kansas City is always a dream. When you walk in, it truly feels like you’ve stepped back in time. I love using its classic Art Deco design as a backdrop for sessions where we take things into the 21st century. Lillie and Austin really pulled out their inner models, and looked like one insanely beautiful couple.
