This urban engagement session with Emily and Michael is that perfect combination of classic romance with a modern editorial flair. From start to finish, this gorgeous couple could NOT take their eyes (or hands!) off each other. A fun fact, their wedding is this weekend! I cannot wait to share those breathtaking images with y’all. 

Okay so, in true Ashley Ice fashion, we had a range of gorgeous locations. Downtown serves as the perfect backdrop to get those sleek shots, especially those Vogue-worthy moments at Hotel Kansas City. At this point, I’m basically on a first-name basis with everyone who works there. 

I love the mix of timeless true love that Emily and Michael gave us. All of the outfit changes had a totally different vibe than the one before, each beautifully going with the scenery. From the classic American denim jeans and white t-shirts to the black tie attire, I couldn’t get enough. Of course, I was LIVING for Emily’s bridal mini dress. She looked absolutely incredible as we romped around the city streets. Also, let’s take a moment to appreciate the disco ball moment! Paired with the skyline, champagne and sunglasses, the result is effortless cool. Cheers to this deliriously happy couple!
