I had the honor of hosting this Blue Coastal editorial photography workshop, and it was SO much fun. 

I haven’t really spoken on the blog about this yet, but education on photography is a huge part of what I do. Hosting workshop events like this and offering one-on-one mentorship is a dream. As photographers, we have SO much to learn, and continue learning. Our styles can change and our work is constantly evolving. One of the key things I spoke about in this workshop was how I completely elevated my business from the budget to the luxury market. Its main focus was learning how to attract your ideal client. Of course, we had a beautiful large-scale shoot in a luxurious coastal aesthetic. 

22 photographers from around the country flew in to meet me and learn from me, which was absolutely amazing. To be in a position where I can teach others about this craft is a dream come true! When I started my business, I just kind of went head first into everything. I learned a TON on my own along the way! But, I know the value of a mentor and educator. It means so much to me that I can fill that role for others now. To work in a GORGEOUS space with like-minded creatives, wanting to learn and evolve is just unreal. I am so blessed, you guys.
