Ashley and Jordan’s fine art editorial engagement session is something out of my dreams. 

This gorgeous couple is getting married at Villa Balbiano, one of the most exclusive, incredible venues to get married. Overlooking Lake Como and just outside the center of Milan, Italy, Villa Balbiano is otherworldly. Ashley is going to be a Lake Como bride with a Lake Como wedding, so with that comes a modern, editorial engagement session. 

Ashley’s hair and makeup were done by Posh KC, and she looked unbelievably stunning. The first white mini dress she wore- because obviously she had an outfit change for this session- was a perfect bridal moment. That lilac tulle dress, though!? You can tell that Ashley is a one-of-a-kind, modern bride in that dress. She is a bride who oozes confidence, elegance, and style. I will forever wish that I owned that dress. 

Editorial photography might not be what some brides-to-be think of when planning their wedding. But this session with Ashley and Jordan perfectly shows the union between modern, fine art engagement photography with classic romance. I love to take a traditional concept, like an engagement session, and breathe modern life into it. Ashley and Jordan’s session shows a couple who is deeply in love, stylish, and chic. I can only imagine how unique and dazzling their wedding is going to be!
