Our wedding season may have started in July but we have had a full month of five beautiful weddings.

We ended July 2020 with Kenzie and Jake’s wedding and it was a great way to end the month of July.

This amazing couple was like many and had to postpone their wedding by a few weeks and to be honest… it went off amazingly.

The weather was perfect, like so perfect.

The clouds were big a billowy and the sun would peek in and out throughout the day. Since it rained all week up to their wedding, the air was nice a cool and not muggy and hot.

… it was a dream come true.

 

Kenzie and her girls started the day off at Mission Theater where they all got ready, cheered to some bubbly, and had a clast with confetti.

I have never seen a groom so happy during the first look… like they are all happy BUT Jake was giggly with joy while he waited for Kenzie. It was the best thing I have ever seen.

We ran off to downtown Kansas City where we stopped at The Nelson to get their timeless, elegant portraits. Then hopped back on to meet up with their beloved dogs.

We had a great adventure on our way to Powell Gardens where they proclaimed their love for each other and become husband and wife.

These two amazing people spent the rest of their evening with so many friends and family to be loved on continuously.

These two are so lucky to have found each other so young and to have so many kind and loving souls surround them in their everyday life.
