Emily and Jeremy are pushing the limits on their entire aesthetic for their wedding day.

As Emily stated: “My engagement session is going to be toned down from what I actually want to do on my wedding day for posing.”

Like, what? My DREAM CLIENT!

Amber had a blast running around downtown Kansas City early las Fall, delivering what I would call “the most Vogue-worthy Engagement Session” to date.

Their wedding will also be pushing the boundaries of what Kansas City has ever seen.

Drumroll please. . .

Ditching the wedding party to go and take photos alone on their wedding day. Yep, you read that right.

Here is a direct quote from Emily and Jeremy as to why they are going this modern, trendy route.

“When we first began to picture our wedding day, we didn’t anticipate having our portraits done without our wedding party present. However, with our venue and desired shoot locations being about half an hour away from one another, doing our bridal portraits alone proved to be the best solution when it came to scheduling and day-of logistics. Even though we love and cherish the friends that make up our wedding party, we agreed that the most important photographs to us were the ones that best capture our love for one another. Although it’s not the traditional way of doing things, we couldn’t be more excited to now have those special moments alone together on our wedding day. All in all, the decision to shoot our portraits without our wedding party came down to what would work best with the logistics of our timeline and how to best achieve our vision for our wedding photos. Thankfully, Ashley and her associates supported this idea and worked with us to create a unique photography timeline that would help make our wedding day and wedding photos everything we’ve been dreaming of!“
